PROCEDURE OF ADMISSION:-
The age for admission to the followings classes is as under:
Nursery - 3 to 4 Years ( 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2021)
L.K.G - 4 to 5 Years ( 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020)
U.K.G. - 5 to 6 Years ( 01.04.2018 to 31.03.2019) (Written test will be taken)
Class- I onwards - 6 + with a corresponding increase for the higher classes.
All new admission will be done on ‘first come – first served’ basis.
REQUIREMENT:-
- Child’s latest photograph.
- Birth Certificate issued by Municipality / District Authority/ Hospital.
- Provide Xerox of Aadhar Card.
- Proof of Residence.
- No admission Test for Nursery & LKG classes.
ECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTION / DISADVANTAGED GROUP CRITERIA
- Attested copy of the Income Certificate issued by Tehsildar/Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned as decided by Chandigarh Administration from time to time.
- Certificate for Disadvantaged group.
WITHDRAWAL
- Notice of withdrawal from school or discontinuance of the school transport should be submitted exactly one month before, otherwise fee and transport charges for the current month will be charged in full.
- Handwritten application for Transfer Certificate must be submitted to the school office before one month along with requisite fee.
- For Primary Classes, transfer certificate will be issued only after clearance signatures have been obtained from education department.
